SC-PEAS antistatic super master batch with slip effect and films with its use

SC-PEAS super master batch ensures antistatic effect to PE films and articles.

At the introducing of SC-PEAS granulate in polyethylene in an amount 2-3 % the specific surface resistance of PE articles is reduced from 10¹⁶ up to 10¹¹ – 10⁹Ohm and the coefficient of friction for LDPE is reduced from 0,6 up to 0,22-0,30.

This super master batch has found a use in films for packaging of semiconductors, explosion-hazard products and articles and disks.

Modified with SC-PEAS film and articles of it are more comfortable in handling and less contaminate by dust from ambient air.

At the request consumer the antistatic super master batch which changes not colour and transparency of polyethylene or super master batch of any colour gamma with antistatic effect can be produced.
