Slip additives master batches

Are used to modify and improve consumer properties of plastic articles. These master batches reduce a friction coefficient of films surface, make easier tube opening, prevent film sticking in a roll, optimize injection molding conditions, appearance of articles and reduce the product costs.

Type SCP-E is a slip master batch for PE on erucamid basis. Carrying material is LDPE. The contents of working matter (erucamid) - 7,5 %. Recommended concentration 0,5-1 %. The high contents of working matter and his excellent distribution in carrying ensure high slip of films and good tube opening. Master batches have successfully passed the production-line testing at film producers: Lomoplast, Novo Pack, NTL-Upakovka. The comparison of manufactured films samples has shown, that at concentration 1% our master batch and this one of PREMIX company have identical statistical friction coefficients, quite 0,14 - 0,16. I.e. on quality the concentrate of the sliding component SCP-E does not yield to its import analogs PREMIX company (at lower cost of a concentrate).

Type SCP-O is a slip master batch for PE on oleamid basis. Carrying material is LDPE. The contents of working matter (oleamid) - 5 %. Recommended concentration 0,5 - 1,5 %. The maximal slip effect is reached in 24 hours and is ensured with magnificent distribution of oleamid in polymer.
