Planking lubricant «Okhtaform»

Planking lubricant is designed for smearing of: sliding planking, vertical and horizontal forms by manufacturing of composite reinforced concrete parts, by production of high-quality facing concretes, plates, poles, border stone etc.
The application of «Okhtaform» composition in production of concrete articles will allow you:
- to receive an article with smooth and pure surface;
- to eliminate sticking concrete to the planking;
- to prolong the life time of metal planking protecting it from corrosion;
- to reduce essentially the production costs, as the price of our composition is much lower, and the consumption rate not exceed the values of import analogs;
- to eliminate the additional operations on preparation of composition. «Okhtaform» is delivered ready to use;
- to avoid an ill effects on the people and environment, as «Okhtaform» does not form toxic compositions in air medium and waste water. The hygienic certificate ¹78.22.62.025. P. 001100.05.04 from the 27-th of May, 2004.
The planking lubricant is a viscous oleaginous fluid of light yellow color in which composition go into: mineral oil and set of additives including anticorrosive, antiadhesive and film-forming components.
Congealing point: -50°Ñ.
Consumption rate of «Okhtaform» lubricant:1 liter per 50 m2 planking surface.
Delivering: metal drums 200 l, canisters 10 and 25 l. The shipment in customer containers is possible.
