F4EOLN adhesive, oil resistant fluoropolymer film

Fluoropolymer film with one adhesive side is an electroinsulating oriented film F4EO, one of surfaces of its is coated by adhesive ÎÕZ-28-F2, which one is own development of OAO Plastpolymer.
The film is applied to insulate wires, cables and connection points of cables installed in aggressive environments. F4EOLN film is successful used specially to repair and connect cables of submerged electric pumps operating in oil-wells in contact to edge fluid (of mixture of oil, water and gas) and to external isolation of transformer spools.
The held trials of F4EOLN film have shown, that under condition of additional external fixation of film on a surface of an insulated part the reliable protection of article in temperature range up to 200°Ñ is ensured.
Maintenance and connection of cables by adhesive film is carried out at temperatures from +15°Ñ up to +40°Ñ.
Operating temperatures: from –60°Ñ up to +120°Ñ, short time (till 10 hours) up to +200°Ñ
