«Poroflex» porous fluoropolymer braid

Applications:

as chemically resistant, self lubricating filling and packing material in pumps and compressors, stop valves and pipelines used in:

• heating and water supply networks;
• chemical and a farmaceutical industry;
• oil and gas industry.

Features:

round or square section braid, prepared from 4D fluoropolymer by stretching and heat treatment.

Additional advantages of «Poroflex» braid:

• absolute resistant to any chemically active substances, incl. acids, alkalis, solvents, strong oxidizers;
• high durability and plasticity easily allow him to adapt to any, even the corrosion damaged surface, to smooth roughnesses and to remove warps of flanges;
• low friction factor excludes the deterioration of rod;
• the material is ecologically safe;
• the storage time is not limited;
• easily removed at repair since does not stick to walls of packing ñhamber.

Available products:

• round: Ø 2-10 mm;
• square: from 2õ2 mm up to 10x10 mm.

Length depending on section from 5 up to 50 m.

As agreed with the consumer manufacturing of other profiles and sizes is possible.
