F-4DP porous fluoropolymer tape
(TU 2245-571-00203521-2003)
Applications:
- for ultrafiltration of high aggressive fluids and gases, as membranes (separators) of electrochemical current sources, gas analyzers;
- as high-frequency isolation of cables because of excellent dielectric properties;
- as thread packing and gasketing films to seal composite connectors of plane flanges.

F-4DP porous fluoropolymer tape of all types has high stability to aggressive media in all range of ðÍ (0-14) and is efficient in temperature range from -240°Ñ up to +270°Ñ.
In comparoson with conventional fluoropolymer tape F-4DP porous tape:
- ensures more dense clinging of a thread at the expense of an optimal proportion of longitudinal and transversal hardness;
- does not contain lubricant, that allows to use it in any media;
- has in 3 times higher coefficient of turn-to-turn friction, that make easier its winding on threaded parts.
Available products: thickness 0,045 - 0,2 mm, width 10 - 135 mm, length up to 200 m. Delivers on bobbins 76 mm or on plastic spools.
As the price for tapes of such class is fixed for a weight unit of material, that, buying 1 kg of F-4DP porous tape, the buyer receives in 2 times greater bulk of a material in comparison with conventional FUM tape.
